lines of credit for the construction of presold, model
and speculative single family homes as well as for the
purchase of fully improved and entitled lots. Acquisition
and development loans are also extended to qualified
developers.
Our income property financing programs include construction,
acquisition, rehabilitation and refinance transactions
for retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and
senior housing/health care properties.
Additionally, we extend revolving lines
of credit, equipment and vehicle loans, and letters
of credit to qualified businesses. Finally, our consumer
programs include automobile, boat, airplane,
CD and securities secured, home equity, personal
unsecured and Visa/Mastercard.
