There are two types of lockbox products:

Wholesale Lockbox: This is the ideal solution for customers who receive high-dollar, low-volume business-to-business payments by mail;

Retail Lockbox: This is the ideal solution for customers who receive a high-volume of low-dollar, typically consumer, payments by mail.
