At First National Bank of Central Florida, we are committed to providing the training you need to help you do your best. Our training programs are designed to enhance your knowledge of banking and equip you with the skills needed to be productive in your position here at First National Bank of Central Florida.

First of all, you can expect to be completely saturated with good, practical knowledge. What you learn in training will assist you in your daily responsibilities as well as your general knowledge of banking - how it works from the inside to a better understanding of what happens from a customer's perspective.

This is quite simple. Be sure to bring the following to training:

Pen
Paper
2 forms of proper ID (for orientation)
Your interest in learning

Breakfast must be provided by yourself. If you are being accomodated at the hotel, you may take advantage of their complimentary breakfast. You are encouraged to eat breakfast in the morning... not as opposed to "in the evening", but as opposed to skipping it.

All trainees will receive a spending allowance for lunches. Those staying at the hotel will also receive a spending allowance for dinner.

Dress for Monday (Orientation) will be professional.
